The room was spacious, and I found the beds comfortable. The availability of socket and USB ports next to the bed was helpful for charging my phone. The staff were accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask of them.

Excellent Hotel Experience

smooth check-in amazing comfort
Check-in was smooth. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed provided amazing comfort, resulting in restful sleep. I will book this hotel again.
The central heating made a ticking noise. It was somewhat annoying throughout the night.

fantastic stay!

comfortable bed accessible room attentive service high quality food
I attended a conference and needed an accessible room. it was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, and plenty of space for my wheelchair. The staff were all very nice. They were pretty good too. food and drinks were also high quality! i appreciated the attentive service we received.
the wifi signal was a little weak sometimes. it did not bother me so much.

The staff offered prompt assistance with luggage and check-in. the team addressed all requests quickly, including providing extra towels and pillows. The reception desk was staffed 24/7. the staff were really good in their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate requests.
