super clean room easy check in
the room was super clean , and the check in was easy.
the room was noisy on saturday night , because the pub stayed open until 1am. ear plugs were provided , but the water pipes gurgled all night , even through the ear plugs.

clean room lush towels helpful staff horrendous noise slow service missing order
the room was clean , and everything i needed was there. the on suite bathroom included lush towels , shower gel , and moisturiser. the staff were very nice and helpful.
the noise was horrendous , as there was music and partying until late. i ordered room service and paid , but it didn't arrive. the service at dinner was also quite slow.

Excellent Food and Attentive Staff
attentive staff great meal convenient amenities
The staff was attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. I enjoyed a very good evening meal and breakfast . The room included an iron and a hair dryer which added convenience.
I found the noise quite disruptive. The music and partying continued until late at night.

clean room quality linen stocked tray convenient location
The room was very clean. the bed linen was like good quality (i really liked the soft towels). the tea and coffee tray was well stocked. the location was convenient. The bus journey to the city center was short (about 15 minutes).
the room i had was a bit small.

the staff was helpful and kind. the outside garden space was nice. breakfast was lovely and served each morning.
my room was above the kitchen. the extractor fan was loud. there was a strong smell of cooking fat in the room.
