The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff were friendly at check-in. I ate at the restaurant across the road and the food was great. I enjoyed massive cakes.
The room I had was right by a noisy road. I received an email about this the day before. Soft furnishings were missing and the room felt unfinished. The shower door did not close properly.

spacious room bay window comfortable chairs
the room was excellent, tremendously spacious and impeccably clean. it matched the traditional look with a well kept feel. i loved the large bay style window with comfortable chairs and an xl bed.
I wish there were some little extras like tissues or water in the room. That would have been a nice touch.

convenient location cute staff cobweb room chair mark
the location was very easy to access from the high street. this made it convenient for my companions, as they were in their late 70s. the staff was cute and provided all the information needed for my stay.
the room i stayed in was overpriced for what it offered. there WERE cobwebs in the room, and there were marks on the chair.

Amazing stay, was so great!

luggage storage fresh choices cute staff
The luggage storage was available when I arrived early. It allowed me to explore without carrying bags. I ate lunch in the hotel's restaurant. A gluten-free menu was available for me. The complimentary continental breakfast offered many fresh choices. I really loved the staff they were friendly and cute.

the location was perfect. the room was comfortable. the staff offered friendly service. the lodging had a separate bathroom and bedroom..
the room wasn't quite as i expected compared to the photos. soft furnishings were missing. the place felt a little unfinished. it was right by the noisy road.

shower door faulty door
The hotel sits near a garden away from the busy street. The beds were comfortable.
The shower door did not close properly, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor. This was rather inconvenient and created a slip hazard. I hoped the door would have been fixed before my stay.
