Wonderful Stay in a Quiet Location
lovely selection good menu relaxing room
The breakfast offered a lovely selection. The evening meal menu was also good. Our room provided comfort and relaxation. A parkrun was so close and I could participate on Saturday morning.

pleasant experience
walking trail green space really good breakfast lovely staff
the hotel grounds are beautiful with a walking trail and green space. my son and i enjoyed a two-mile walk, and i took many pictures. the breakfast was fantastic with good variety.. almond milk was also available for lactose intolerance, rare. the staff was lovely and helpful.

some issues in the room
faulty air conditioning no compensation
The air conditioning DID NOT work in the room. The staff provided two small fans, but they had no effect. Upon check out, this issue was dismissed with no compensation offered. I think the management should pay more attention to these details.

The breakfast buffet had fresh orange juice and haggis. The hotel is in a quiet location. The room had all GREAT facilities.
The hot shower wasn't hot ENOUGH. The bed in room 22 was not made properly. There was no conditioner in the bottle.
