city access self check-in spacious room
The location provided easy access to attractions. i found many restaurants and bars nearby. the self-check-in process was efficient. I received clear instructions. the room felt spacious, which i appreciated. it was great to have individual twin beds.
i noticed the stairwell felt narrow.

The location was very central. I walked a short distance to Waverley station and the Royal Mile. The room was quite clean. The water pressure was good.

charming city stay!!!

spacious family room central location
the family room was spacious!!! it accommodated all four of us without feeling cramped. it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was very central, very close to many key attractions.
the stairs were tricky with luggage because i was on the upper floor, slightly inconvenient.

central location clear communication simple access complicated process unavailable wifi delayed support
The location was indeed very central. Many cafes were accessible nearby. Communication was clear before check in. access was simple with codes. The beds were comfortable.
The check-in process was online. WiFi was unavailable , because the modem needed a reboot. I contacted the hotel , but I was informed that the issue couldn't be addressed until the following day.

excellent location smooth process well-stocked bathroom good number of sockets
The location was excellent. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The check-in process was smooth due to the clear instructions sent beforehand. I appreciated the well-stocked bathroom with towels, shampoo, and soap. The room had a good number of sockets (a feature I always appreciate) for charging devices and using my laptop.
The absence of an elevator was a minor inconvenience, requiring me to carry luggage up a few flights of stairs.
