attentive staff easy access small room missing mirror

The breakfast was varied (it had both hot and cold options). The staff was attentive to my needs. My room, a standard twin room, was very clean. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The room size felt small, especially with luggage. I also found the bathroom lacked a shaver and makeup mirror. These issues impacted my stay slightly.

helpful desk comfy bed breakfast pastry

the front desk was very helpful with directions. my room was clean, i slept well in the comfy bed. breakfast had many choices, especially the pastries were a treat.

the hairdryer was not close to a mirror. i had to dry my hair away from the bathroom. this setup was inconvenient, because i couldn't see what i was doing.

My room, a Premium Twin Room, had modern features. I also found a desk with several power outlets, that was useful. The bathroom included both a shower and a bath.

excellent location excellent shower attentive staff

the hotel location was excellent with princess street only ten minutes away on foot. my room had excellent shower facilities i really enjoyed. the dinner and breakfast were a ten out of ten for value especially with attentive and friendly staff.

i thought the music in the bar and lobby was quite loud it was not appealing

great location friendly staff small window dysfunctional ventilation

The location is great. It is a short walk from Haymarket. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It was flavorful and well-cooked. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating, they really took care of me.

The room had a SMALL window. The ventilation in the bathroom was dysfunctional, and it let a horrid humidity smell into the room after each shower. I reported the issue, but i didn't get any attention or have the issue resolved.
