great size friendly staff
My room was a great size, and the staff was friendly. The location was very close to the train station, just a couple minutes' walk! Anna upgraded my room when I arrived because my train was canceled, this.
It was not possible to open my window. There was no ventilation.

convenient central location
early check-in spacious room cosy bar
i checked in an hour early, a great benefit for me. my room was spacious and included all necessities. i also enjoyed its walking distance to the theatre plus shops. the bar felt warm, also cosy.
my room faced a busy street. the noise from trams kept me awake. soundproofing would improve sleep quality.
Location

the hotel stands very near a train station. this aspect was beneficial, particularly since i carried large suitcases. avoiding stairs en route to the hotel was another big advantage.
