The bed in the Executive Double Room was comfortable! I slept very well for the four nights. The bathroom was large and perfect, it featured a spacious shower with hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available. The staff were cute and helpful, they really enhanced my stay. I was well looked after.

Staff members offered quick tours upon check-in, this provided immediate orientation to the facilities. The team was helpful in providing directions and recommendations for local attractions. They also assisted with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. I found the breakfast excellent. The hotel showcases beautiful late Georgian architecture.

The bathroom lights had some bulbs GONE. I noticed peeling paint on the bathroom walls. I imagine this is due to a lack of ventilation. The shower pressure was POOR.

the room finishing was poor. i noticed peeling paintwork plus the silicone sealant was badly applied. the copper bath was badly stained i think.
