surpassed expectations!
low price ensuite shower quiet policy
The price was unbelievably low for a spot near the city centre. the ensuite shower rooms had complimentary shampoo and shower gel, a nice bonus. we also had tea and coffee making facilities and a tv. The quiet policy after 10pm was definitely appreciated.

the room had a comfortable bed and adequate storage space. it was quite spacious, and everything was nice and clean. the en suite bathroom was a definite plus.

spacious room helpful staff key access
i had a family room and it was spacious. the staff was helpful during my late check-in after 23:00. i was able to get into the hotel using the key when i returned around midnight.
the room was a bit dated and could use some refurbishment.

quiet area city center unclean room faulty kettle
the hotel was not too far from the city center. i found it to be in a rather quiet area there were also buses nearby.
the room i stayed in was not clean. the kettle in the room had scum in the bottom and would not work well.
