lack of air conditioning street noise
the hotel staff was helpful and polite, that's a plus. the breakfast was acceptable. it was nothing extravagant, but i got fed.
the room i got, a twin room, was across a busy road from the main building. this meant i had to walk outside every time i wanted to use the hotel facilities. also, there was no air conditioning, and it got stuffy real quick. i tried to open the window, but the street noise made it impossible to sleep. that was unpleasant.

air conditioning guarantee of fan
the breakfast was fine (nothing to write home about, though).
the room i got was not like the photos online. it felt more like a basic room at a budget motel. there was no air conditioning, and it was quite hot, so i had to ask for a fan, but there was no guarantee i'd get one.
