the hotel included a clean swimming pool with a sauna. the steam room was also well-kept and functional.

a comfortable stay with minor hiccups

missing light unsecured socket
i stayed in room 22 and noticed a light was out. also, one plug socket wasn't properly attached to the wall. the door to the outside grassy area didn't lock securely. despite these small issues, the staff were wonderful and always available to help.
all room doors are self-closing. they are very loud.

a relaxed stay

helpful staff great service enjoyable hot tub
the staff was helpful. i especially want to thank jenny and lucy for their great service . the pool and hot tub were enjoyable after a long day.
i noticed a broken window on one side of the room and fresh air was desired. it was hard to open the window because of fear of causing further damage.

dated room disorganized staff
The room looked dated to me and the bathroom wasn't great either. I saw water marks and dust. dinner in the restaurant wasn't good. My husband's steak order was messed up, and the staff seemed disorganized. honestly. I wouldn't eat there again even if it was free

friendly staff fine estate lovely nature
the staff were very professional and friendly i found this. i also appreciated the fine estate with lovely nature and gorgeous views it was peaceful. staff were great with their help it was a fantastic stay.
the room's plumbing made loud noises from behind the wall this kept me awake at times.

the standard double room included comfortable beds and clean bedding towels were provided i found the family room beds very comfy. the hotel was decorated for christmas decorations were very lovely and well presented.

i had a fantastic buffet breakfast it had a wide selection of food the romantic meal packaged featured chicken tikka terrine and feather blade of beef. the restaurant is very stylish i found it peaceful and relaxing.

smoky smell cold room
the hallway to the room i occupied had an unpleasant, smoky smell. cigarette ash was on the windowsill once i opened the curtains in the room. i did find the lack of towels inconvenient? it required a call to reception to rectify this issue. the heating was off, and the room was cold. this.
