great location short walk basic meals dated room old hairdryer warm air
The location was great for exploring. It was a short walk to transportation options (especially handy for getting around). The room had a kitchenette, it had sufficient items for preparing basic meals.
The room felt quite dated. The hairdryer looked OLD. The fan provided did not help much to cool the room (it only circulated warm air).

the room was clean and spacious. the kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery and crockery.
the shower head fell off when i first used it. the bathroom tap was also leaking.

The staff was responsive. i appreciated the early check-in. It saved me trouble with my luggage. the suite was beautiful. the self-catering setup was a bonus, i used it.
the lack of a lift posed a slight inconvenience.

The location offers proximity to haymarket station. this provides easy access to transportation. it has cafes nearby for breakfast. I recommend the nomad café. it is a short walk from the bus and train.

The hotel offers luggage storage. this service was helpful. the staff accommodated an early check-in. That was very kind. i found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful though the building is old.
