I observed some significant issues related to cleanliness. Specifically, I found hair in the bathroom and excrement in the toilet, unacceptable. The room also lacked a proper window and smelled like a kitchen.

The room was supposed to have a table for kitchen use , but it was missing. Also , there was only one chair provided , and we were two people wanting to eat breakfast. That is not a good setup considering the apartment's cost.

The hotel did not offer cleaning of my room . The receptionist was also not clear about my request not being accommodated.
