Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

friendly staff amazing breakfast comfortable room ample space
The staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness at all times. I found the breakfast to be amazing, with a great selection of food that was consistently replenished. The rooms at the cottage provide comfort and proximity to the heritage site. The expansive family room offered ample space, and the setup with a huge double bed, essentially two singles combined, proved convenient.
I noticed some wallpaper peeling. This detracted slightly from the overall aesthetic of the room.
Rooms

The family room was very big and it gave plenty of space for luggage and movement. Bunk beds were provided. This offered a separate sleeping area for children and increased convenience for families.
Facilities

The breakfast was buffet style, containing a very good choice. The selection ensured many preferences were catered to and it was continuously refreshed. Staff remained attentive ensuring guests had everything needed.

family rooms spot on food peeling wallpaper dusty vents
the food was spot on. all staff were lovely. i had young children with me and the family rooms are perfect. the bunkbed and telly suited us well.
the biggest let down was the room itself. it had so much potential, but instead of being cosy it was just dark. wallpaper was peeling off the wall in places. the vents in the ceiling were thick with dust.
