The hotel offered convenient free parking near the entrance. Staff was available and very quick during check in. My room had a large, clean bathroom with soft towels. A bar was available with designated dog-friendly sections, ensuring comfortable seating for everyone.
The television in the room had a broken HDMI connection.

the room was spacious. a comfortable couch, chairs, and desk were available. the bed was huge and comfortable. the toilet and bathroom were excellent..
i booked for lunch one sunday. i could not order from the normal menu. i was informed it was only a special menu. portion sizes were small.

the room had a spacious en suite. it included both a hairdryer and a coffee maker, which i used. the breakfast offered both buffet and cooked-to-order options so i had a good start to the day.
the room was quiet, but the tv channels don't work good.

excellent hotel dog-friendly room lovely space helpful staff
The hotel was excellent! the staff welcomed us and our dogs, with water and dry food in the room! they even provided sausages for them in the morning. the roof terrace was a lovely space to chill and relax. hospitality was at its best. All the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful!
i noticed the carpet had some mysterious stains, also some rust on the radiator. no big deal though, honestly.

the car park is good sized for visitors, with access. the communal park and dog walking area are at the rear of the hotel, great for kids and dog walkers. the roof terrace provides a relaxing space.

breakfast was a lovely spread, with a good selection of hot scottish treats. i thought the continental breakfast was amazing!!! the coffee was also great and set me up for the day. i enjoyed everything.
