underwhelming experience
missed wake-up call inconsistent turndown service
the room was spacious enough and the bathroom was clean.
I was quite disappointed with the service . It felt understaffed. i asked for a wake-up call that never came, causing me to miss an important meeting. additionally, the promised turndown service was inconsistent .

service issues impacted the stay
pristine gardens separate venue staff attentiveness breakfast items
the gardens looked pristine. the hotel kept the wedding venue separate from the main hotel area. this helped avoid disruptions.
i found some attentiveness issues with staff. i had to ask for items to be topped up at breakfast. staff did not seem to look around to see if anyone needed assistance.
