A MIXED bag, I must say

i found the car park condition disappointing upon arrival. the hotel corridors smelled bad, and the room had a different unpleasant odor. the walls and carpets were really dirty, and the shower was filthy also. this put a damper on things.

excellent stay near strathclyde park!

great size coffee making excellent quality
the double room was a great size. it included good tea and coffee making facilities. i found ample sachets available, too. the price, in my opinion.
the staff did not seem particularly bothered when i complained at check out about some noise. the noise and behaviour of people in a neighbouring room kept me awake. i could not leave my daughter alone in the room to phone the night porter.

The room was clean and well presented. I found plenty of parking spaces available. The price seemed reasonable for what was offered.
The room lighting could have been better, as I only had a skylight! The walls had some marks, but generally it was okay. I noticed bits of fluff on the carpet. Apply, twice.

The bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the large shower cubicle. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The bed was comfy and ensured a good night's sleep.
The room was not very clean and had marks on the walls. Patches covered holes throughout the space. The carvery dinner was quite dry, as it had been sitting under heat lamps.

Wonderful Stay!

fresh towels good value
I found the room clean! It included fresh towels. The food in the restaurant tasted really good. The value was amazing.
The parking fine system is confusing. Many guests face issues! I hope this gets resolved soon.

tidy room recent upgrade reasonable meal prices useful location
The room was a good size and felt very up to date. I noticed it smelled nice when I first walked in. I appreciated the carvery being right there in the same building. Meal prices seemed quite reasonable. The location was really useful for where I needed to be.
I did hear quite a bit of traffic from the motorway outside my window I didn't sleep perfectly.
