superb hotel experience
helpful staff clean room tasty breakfast
The reception staff were helpful. They allowed me to use their landline when my phone died (a real lifesaver!). my room was very clean and nicely decorated. the breakfast included a delicious scottish cooked breakfast prepared by two cheerful women.
traffic noise was slightly noticeable from the front of the building, though not excessively.

The receptionists greeted me with smiles and facilitated an easy check-in. One receptionist allowed me to use the landline to contact my wife after my phone died. I had a restful night's sleep thanks to the super comfortable bed. The restaurant staff were cheerful and provided a delicious Scottish cooked breakfast.
The shower lacked a safety mat making it slightly slippery.

The check-in process was fast and efficient upon our arrival. The room was super clean. it had everything i needed. dinner was delicious. breakfast was also tasty!

The hotel has a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also a pool. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. there is sufficient space for all guests to enjoy these amenities.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and cute. I will recommend it to family and friends. The room was comfortable (i really liked the bed).
The room service breakfast options could be better. The breakfast order form was not clear enough. This resulted in only one breakfast being sent (this was quickly corrected).

decent stay, certain aspects require improvement
shower design flaw soft bed
The shower design is flawed. water easily spread across the entire floor. It created a safety hazard. furthermore, the absence of a safety mat in the shower worsened the situation. the soft bed also caused discomfort, it prevented restful sleep.

long wait no compensation
the room was clean and the breakfast was great
i experienced a very long wait for our main meals at the logans restaurant tables that arrived later were served before us i asked a staff member about the delay but they did not return with an update another staff member eventually informed us our meals were being plated but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience
