dated room uncomfortable bed
The room was very dated. The clock radio in the headboard did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. There was no phone to contact reception. I had to locate a staff member to report noise.

Staff members were helpful . I liked the ramp for wheelchair access. Breakfast had a good selection.
The hallway had several steps that were not highlighted. This posed a tripping hazard.

excellent staff and super clean room

ample parking super clean room
there was plenty of parking available. finding the hotel was easy. my room was big and clean with a lovely skylight. the bed was comfortable and super clean. the bathroom was also clean. i found the staff to be fantastic throughout my stay. the bar area was great also.
i found the floorboards to be noisy. the shower was hard to get the right temperature. the breakfast tasted like cardboard.

the restaurant features cozy booths, so dining feels private. the three-course meal included haggis bon bons, steak with chips. churros and chocolate. the chef appears high class, and the waiter was great.
