Adequate, but With Issues

rude barman till issue
The breakfast had a great selection.
I queued at the bar to order food , but the barman refused to serve me. He said the till did not take food orders. He continued serving men , so I felt discriminated against as an elderly woman.

excellent family trip!

huge room beach views amazing food plenty activities
the room was huge with awesome beach views and sea views! the restaurant was also awesome, with amazing food. there were plenty activities to keep kids entertained. this is my second stay at this spot and i will definitely return soon!
i really wish the pool have been a little warmer. also the bubbles for the jacuzzi could of been on.

the location has perfect positioning with an amazing sea view, it was peaceful to wake up to everyday. the views across the firth of forth to edinburgh are fine!

the pool and leisure area was fantastic. the hotel has a leisure pool along with a sauna and steam room. there is plenty car parking on the premises. wifi is also free.

My room was a great size. It was also clean and warm. there was a good size tv in the room too. the suite was large and comfortable with room for the family to relax in with enough space for privacy.

two-story layout local train
the executive family suite had a good two-story layout. the view was amazing it was worth the money. the local train station was a short drive making it easy to get to edinburgh.

Satisfactory stay with fantastic service

excellent food amazing staff
The staff at the bar and reception were amazing. They accommodated all our requests. I found the well maintained environment very excellent and immaculate throughout. The food and bar were excellent and the location was perfect.
I noticed the fridge was small. It was not big enough for three adults. I booked for three adult men. Two men had to sleep in the same bed. The balcony was small at our suite, so we couldn't go outside and enjoy the view.

i had a beautiful double or twin room accessible room no sea view. the room was spacious and very clean. it had a large television.
the arcade machines took money and didn't give shots (it was a minor inconvenience, though).

amazing view spacious suite swimming pool
the executive suite offered amazing beach views from both the room and restaurant. the suite was spacious. my children enjoyed the swimming pool. the hotel is easily accessible by train.
the shared outdoor space near our room was used as a smoking area , so we couldn't open the door due to the smell.
