Excellent Location and Spacious Rooms
modern room helpful staff great attention
My twin room was clean and modern. The room included up to date amenities. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the great attention to detail throughout the hotel.
The towels in the bathroom were of low quality. I would compare them to dog towels at home. A shelf in the shower for toiletries would be useful, as it was too small to bend down.

The breakfast buffet had loads of choice and offered excellent value for money. The dining area could benefit from brighter decor and a better ambiance. The breakfast was prepared fresh each morning.

fantastic stay
excellent value clean room adequate breakfast good staff
the value was excellent and the room was modern and clean i found the breakfast more than adequate. i will definitely recommend this place to others and return for another visit. the staff ensured my stay was good. thanks to everyone at the hotel
the bar was not open and a full list of drinks was not displayed though orders were taken. i was told this was temporary. i'm certain this will be resolved quickly

This place was a little gem. The cleanliness is out of this WORLD. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast offers a vast selection to choose from, from cereals and fruits to continental and cooked. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was indeed a major plus! I found it very easy to reach local shops and restaurants. The staff offered a warm welcome upon arrival and remained consistently helpful throughout my visit. I also appreciated the cleanliness. My room was immaculate.
The water pressure in the walk-in shower could have been stronger.

The breakfast was plentiful and offered much choice. I found fresh fruit, cereals, and continental options with meats, cheeses, and pastries. The cooked breakfast was amazing!!! It was buffet style with a fab selection, freshly made and hot.

The hotel is excellently positioned, just a few minutes from the shops and pubs. It retains a rural feel despite its proximity to the town center. I could take a lovely circular walk down to the river, a big plus!

Fantastic Experience at This Hotel!

The parking was free and easy, right outside the hotel. The bedroom and shower room both had a lovely feel. Staff were friendly and really helpful.
The room did become too hot. The window did not open. The pillows also felt lumpy, this meant I did not sleep well.

Breakfast was good. It offered plenty of choice, I had a lovely view of the garden. Hot foods was cooked to order and brought to the table, this made things easier.

The reception staff offered suggestions for dinner locations. They reserved a table at a restaurant for me. They also provided a menu for that hotel. I was pleased by this.
