nice loch leven stay

fabulous view breakfast variety ample parking
The room had a fabulous view of loch leven. breakfast included a huge variety of options in its buffet. parking had plenty of space and was easily accessible. the staff provided great service. They were always available and helpful.
the hotel could benefit from a bit of tlc, as some areas show signs of wear.

amazing stay with awesome food!

modern bedroom fantastic food
the bedroom was modern and well appointed with a clean bathroom (i loved the practical design!). the staff made such a fuss over my dog, really heartwarming. food in the restaurant was also fantastic, especially the breakfast.
I noticed a need for more outdoor furniture. There were limited benches and no parasols. guests ended up sitting on the ground, which wasn't very comfortable and seemed easily fixable.

the staff provided excellent service. the food in the restaurant was very good. i especially enjoyed the seafood options. the restaurant also had a fantastic view.
the pool area showers only had cold water .

A serene escape

good upgrade excellent breakfast helpful staff
our room was upgraded upon arrival, a good surprise that enhanced our stay. the restaurant provided a fantastic dinner, and breakfast was equally excellent, a promising start to each day. the staff greeted us warmly and remained helpful during our time there.
The pool was somewhat busy. It was during february half term.

lochside room spacious room friendly staff soft bed needed cleaning overpriced dinner
i was so grateful for the lochside room. it was amazing and very spacious. the staff was also very friendly. they were helpful with everything about our holiday.
the bed was too soft i think. it's my preference i know. the room need a little more cleaning. dinner was very overpriced.
