adequate stay with some drawbacks

small room road noise
the room was not as expected it was quite small. i booked a room with a view but the view was mostly of the parking lot i found that rather disappointing. also the noise from the nearby road was noticeable even with the windows closed so sleep wasn't easy

pleasant stay

large bathroom really good breakfast
the room was very clean with good toiletries in a large bathroom it had a separate shower the breakfast was really good the restaurant had a view of ben lomand the decor was contemporary.
the parking lot had a steep slope to walk to the entry after parking the lack of easy drop off due to a dead end after arriving was unexpected the antique one sided railing used for the stairs was not good.

the breakfast service was quite really good with many options it provided a satisfying start to the day the restaurant area allowed diners to enjoy scenic views of ben lomand creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.

a cozy stay with amazing views

attentive staff breakfast menu convenient parking wonderful ambiance
I found the staff to be very great. They were quick to help with any request i had. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast with the menu to choose from. It seemed like such a treat. the car parking was very convenient and easy to access. the music created a wonderful ambiance in the evenings.

onsite car park friendly staff
The onsite car park was very convenient. I could easily access my car. the room was large and had plenty of space. white towels were provided, and there was sufficient tea and coffee in the room, which i liked. i found the staff helpful and friendly.

good size fantastic decor unpleasant staff mocking reviews
The room was bigger than I thought. I had a Snug Guest Room. The car park had good size. Decor looked fantastic and restaurants were amazing.
Reception staff were not pleasant. I felt them patronizing. I overheard them mocking other reviews about the hotel. This wasn't professional.
