i anticipated a wonderful experience reflecting the opulence. the team exceeded every expectation. the suite was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and well maintained.
the restaurant lacked atmosphere. service was like it was handled by inexperienced teenagers. senior staff seemed less visible.
