friendly staff clean room prompt service
i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. the room was very clean and at a comfortable temperature. i also appreciated the prompt service when i requested extra blankets.
the hotel decor felt a little dated in some areas it could use some updates.

the staff offered great energy and enthusiasm . being able to have breakfast delivered to the room proved fantastic. this arrangement especially suited my needs because of a disability. it made the morning significantly more enjoyable.

The bed was really comfortable, so I slept well. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were available for use. There was also a games room and a curling rink, providing different activities.
The hotel is dated and tired looking, There was a sound of running water in my room all night. This stopped me from sleeping very well. The lift was weird.

the staff member at the reception was really cute. the room included fresh flowers, a cute touch. i liked that the bathroom was large and had plenty of space.
the sauna wasn't working , a shame.

A Charming Step Back in Time

friendly staff delicious food hotel location
I think the hotel recalls a more romantic era. All staff were very friendly and kind and the food tasted delicious, there is even a pool. The location has easy access to many sights to see. I also loved I could bring my beloved dog.
The game room was like a storage, it was full of bathroom parts and mattresses. The snooker balls were nowhere to be found. The ping pong rackets were broken. It was a pity, as I hoped to relax there with my love.
