comfortable stay with good food

delicious breakfast friendly staff helpful attitude
The location suited the event i attended. the breakfast stood out. It was the best i have had in a long time. the staff were cute and friendly. they were very helpful, so nothing was too much trouble for them.
I noticed an electric heater in my room. I was surprised. the room felt cold when i first entered, and it took some time to warm up. the heater lacked a thermostat. I had to switch it off completely to sleep.

the fitness center provided a good range of equipment, so it exceeded my expectations for a hotel gym. free on-site parking was available for all guests.

The room included two separate televisions and a comfortable settee. It was quite large. breakfast offered fresh fruit options and a variety of cooked choices alongside cereals. the sea view towards arran provided a beautiful start to the day. i appreciated the variety available.
The bathroom door locked upon arrival. It took a few minutes for reception to resolve this issue, odd.

small window laundry bags
The room had a small window that let in very little natural light I could not clearly see outside. Overgrown vegetation blocked much of the view. Twenty-six bags of laundry sat in the corridor. This almost blocked the doorway. The toilet had not been flushed upon my arrival. The dinner menu was missing three of my preferred choices.

the gym had good equipment, more than i usually see.
my room faced some ventilation system so it was noisy, EVEN with the windows closed. it really affected my sleep AND relaxation.
