The room decor felt quite dated. It lacked the fresh, modern aesthetic I expect. In the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling. there was significant limescale. I also found the breakfast staff to be inattentive, seeming bored during service.

A charming stay

spacious accommodation quality coffee lovely toiletries
The bedroom offered spacious accommodation with quality coffee and tea provided. I had access to a patio directly from my room. The L'Occitaine toiletries were a lovely touch. Breakfast included perfectly cooked hard poached eggs, prepared to my request. It was delicious! fast WiFi was available.
The location is slightly removed from the main attractions. A taxi or walk is necessary to reach the city centre or West End though the area has its own charm.
