unsupportive pillows sparse fridge

the pillows lacked support, a cork was under the bed, and the fridge was sparsely stocked with only crisps. my wife cannot eat soft eggs. she ordered scrambled eggs, a disappointing experience. the presentation suggested inexperience. for the price, a higher standard is essential.

ample space restful night

The reception staff provided a warm welcome. My room had ample space and it included comfortable furnishings. I found the turndown service to be a lovely touch and it ensured a restful night. The hotel's architecture is excellent.

I found the waiting times for elevators during peak hours to be a bit lengthy. It often caused delays when trying to get to different parts of the hotel.

the room felt warm and it had a divine bath.

the level of service really lacked. cleaners left their stuff behind, that was careless. also, the room became dusty and triggered my allergy, and i am still suffering now.

quick check in friendly concierge

i loved the quick check in with super helpful chelsea i also enjoyed the spacious room and large bed it was very comfortable. laurie, the concierge, gave a fantastic restaurant recommendation for dinner the staff were good in the fine bar as well.
