mediocre food uninterested service
The room had necessary amenities.
Upon arrival, I faced unnecessary demands to move my car immediately after unloading. Staff suggested a paid tour of the stables instead of allowing a simple look around. Dinner at the restaurant had disinterested service and mediocre food, the breakfast matched that standard.

comfortable lodge quiet area excellent service
The lodge was lovely and comfortable. It was a very quiet area. I enjoyed seeing the horses being taken out for a walk in the morning. Palmeras restaurant surprised me with its food and service, both were excellent.
The lodge could use some upgrades to modernize the fittings.

excellent stay!
hotel ground grazing horses efficient staff breakfast buffet
The hotel grounds feature gardens and grazing horses. I found this very peaceful. Staff at reception were efficient in ordering a taxi, a task i appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked the restaurant. Ross delivered excellent service there.
The walls seemed a little thin, as sounds from adjacent rooms were audible. I hope they can improve the soundproofing.

The hotel is a convenient fifteen minutes from the West End and only five minutes from the Airport, THAT suited my travel plans. The setting offers views encompassing Ben Lomond, the Kilpatrick Hills, and the Firth of Clyde.

The Palomino Restaurant offers excellent food coupled with excellent service, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal there. The breakfast buffet is varied. It provides a good selection of items, catering to diverse tastes and preferences, WHICH i found useful.

small room soundproofing issue
the breakfast was fine it was what i expected nothing special though
the room was a bit small for my liking it felt cramped especially with luggage there was also some noise from nearby events that disturbed my sleep it was hard to ignore despite being tired i think soundproofing should be better i did not get good rest.

Excellent Stay at a Country Retreat
spacious room clean decor comfortable bed
The room was spacious and clean with beautiful decor. I found high-quality amenities and a luxurious shower in the bathroom. The housekeeping staff kept the room very clean. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was warm and professional, check-in was quick, and all information was clear.
I noticed drink prices at the club are quite high. I expected that for a country club though.

The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the staff provided great service. They were friendly. Staff members went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

lovely cabin stay
free upgrade bedroom cabin restaurant dinner friendly staff
i got a free upgrade to a two bedroom cabin when i arrived, it was a great start. dinner was in the restaurant, and i found many choices on the menu. the bar staff was nice, and the restaurant staffs was friendly too. the room was really spacious.
the coffee machine at breakfast was a bit complicated, people had to ask for staffs help. the coffee was milkier than what i wanted.
