Excellent stay!

helpful staff free parking spacious room good shower
The staff were helpful and polite. Free parking was available. My room was spacious with no carpet. The shower was really good.

Really good stay!!!

spacious room comfortable bed breakfast options professional staff
The room was quite spacious and very clean. I found the bed comfortable. the bath had both a rain shower AND an attachment, which I appreciated. All breakfast options were covered, with poached or fried eggs cooked to order. The staff were professional and friendly.
The pool was closed for refurbishment.

non-working heating faulty tv
the room had a mini fridge, alright, i suppose.
i think someone forgot to tell the heating it was supposed to be working. they gave me some relic from the 70s as a substitute, i'm not even kidding. also, for two days, the tv just wouldn't turn on. apparently, it is a common thing.

underwhelming stay

broken lampshades faulty air conditioning
breakfast had many options and was generally acceptable.
the room had no toiletries when i arrived, i asked for some, i only got four sachets. the air conditioning did not work, even after i asked staff to assist. the tv wasnt working and the bedside lampshades were broken.
