The breakfast had good cooked options. it tasted fresh! i really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. the location is near the historical battlefield, only a short walk away!
The bathroom light turned on automatically. It was a bright flash at night. the shower kept changing temperature. i noticed the sink sprayed water everywhere if turned on quickly.

My double room was spacious. I found a desk that was useful for my needs. The staff were friendly and efficient.
The bathroom light activated automatically when I entered. The heat was intense in my room. A window was open. This posed a risk of bugs, especially wasps.

friendly staff vegetarian options
The staff were very friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the vegetarian options on the menu. The quality and service were excellent. fresh cooking and hot food stood out! susan ensured everything was fine and gave good advice for breakfast.
the bathroom light turned on automatically upon entering. it was a nuclear flash at 3 am. this is not good for people who have trouble sleeping.

quiet visit near bannockburn

quiet room nice drinks helpful parking
my room was super quiet. the bar had nice drinks. the parking lot outside was also helpful for my rental car. i enjoyed the convenience this hotel provided for visiting local attractions.
the hotel looked a little older. it needs a fresh coat of paint in some spots. this is a minor issue, but it affected the first impression a little.
