Acceptable Stay, but Noise Issues
inadequate soundproofing melted remote
The staff were very lovely.
My experience included a room exposed to significant noise. The window's soundproofing was inadequate, it allowed constant traffic sounds. This affected my sleep. the TV remote was melted, this seems unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

cheerful people extra toiletries convenient location
the staff were very cheerful, and this added a nice touch to my stay. i found that the hotel provided extra toiletries, including toothpaste and a shaving kit, very convenient. the location proved good, with access to nearby attractions. i also found my room comfortable and clean.
i found that the sound insulation was not adequate, as noise from outside and other rooms was quite noticeable at times.

the hotel enjoys a superb location, near the railway station, local buses, restaurants and the main shopping center, offering easy access to all essential amenities and transportation hubs. this made exploring the area simple. (i appreciated this a lot).

i found the bathroom practical with a door that closes in two ways, allowing two people to use it simultaneously, an option of a blue night light, and a constant supply of hot water, which improved the overall experience. the beds were really comfortable.

mediocre stay, some annoyances
non-existent guidance terrible odour
the staff was very friendly and the room servicing WAS good.
The parking guidance was NON-EXISTENT at the main entrance. my ROOM smelled like a care home, i swear. also, i left my engagement ring THERE, and they refused to post it back to me. i live two hours away. Is it really THAT hard?

The hotel location is close to the train station. Breakfast had good variety including vegetarian options. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room include tea and coffee at reception.

The location was ideal. included breakfast was really appreciated, it had a nice selection. the staff were very helpful too. They always seemed ready to assist.
The hotel fabric seemed quite poor to me. I noticed leak marks on the walls. the security door to my floor didn't fit properly. it was often left open, disturbing nearby rooms.

the room had effective heating and i found the mattress and pillows comfortable. breakfast offered a lot of options. i was able to easily access the train station. the staff was helpful.

I found the location ideal, a quick walk to the center. Staff were very helpful, recommending great spots to explore. The inclusive breakfast was lovely, so many options. The place is good value and I certainly enjoyed my time here.
I found that the sound insulation was poor, not ideal.
