"We found out while on the hop one-off tour buss that this building was the historic Anchor building where people got their tickets to sail over seas, so having the the boat old prints of boats on the walls make sense, and the anchor names on each eatery on each side make sense."

I appreciated the central location near Queen Street station. The suite had a large bed and ample space for clothes. A nice little kitchen provided equipment for cooking.
My room overlooked bins, causing noise late into the night and early in the morning. The bar next door was also a source of noise. I found the lack of soundproofing in the windows problematic.

spacious apartment nice decoration central location fresh milk
the apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. the central location made it easy to reach restaurants. the kitchenette included everything i needed for a short stay. i especially liked the complimentary fresh milk and water, these touches.
one tea bag was in the room when i went for a cup of tea.

my room was spacious and quiet, it has a well equipped kitchenette. the double glazed window overlooked a square. i found the size suited my requirements.

slick Design and superb Location

slick design massive bed full kitchen
the location is great right by queen street station. the reception staff were fantastic and the studio room was superb. the design was really slick the bed was super comfy and massive. the kitchen was full and complete with everything i needed.
the bathroom fan turned on spontaneously and noisily. it ran randomly for around two or three hours from about 3am. i was not my usual well-rested self by the morning.

the hotel is ideally located for accessing central city facilities such as restaurants and shops. queen street station is only a few strides away this makes it easy when pulling suitcases or carrying rucksacks. no taxi is needed.

the staff were good and friendly. they were accommodating and hospitable. they worked to help me keep my original room after i had to stay another night. this demonstrates over and above good customer service.
