i enjoyed the spacious room. the bed was very comfortable. the staff were attentive and helpful (i really appreciated their quick responses to my questions). breakfast was delicious and had good variety.

my room faced the car park. i had requested a quiet room in advance, but this was not accommodated. the restaurant menu was different from the online version. coffee did not arrive after dessert despite ordering it.

the breakfast was really good particularly the mushrooms. evening meals were good. the gardens were lovely to walk around after dinner. i found the staff very friendly and helpful with directions.

i found the room was a little tired. the carpet had a couple of noticeable stains. a new carpet would.

WOW, a fantastic Experience!

super clean room amazing service friendly staff free chocolates

My room, an executive double room, was GIGANTIC and super clean. Breakfast was included and REALLY convenient. I was thankful for the amazing service and the friendly staff. Plus, the hotel gave me free chocolates.

The bathroom LIGHT flickered a little.

good size room comfortable bed modern block ugly building

My room was a good size. I found the bed comfortable (I slept well). The menu choices in the restaurant pleased me. I was also happy with the food quality.

The courtyard rooms are in a separate modern block. This building looks horrible from the outside. I walked to the main hotel for breakfast, and it was not what I expected.
