Wonderful Stay!
great location useful kitchenette extra table
The hotel's location is amazing, right by the subway. The kitchenette include crockery for cooking. A dishwasher makes cleanup simple. The room include an extra table and chair.
A slight delay happened during check in, it would be better with more staff at the reception during busy times.

Staff were helpful, even when the check-in queue was long. They addressed every request in a timely fashion. The team worked hard to maintain high standards.

decent stay in the city center
excellent location spacious bathroom poor ventilation humidity issue
the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. the apartment provided all the amenities i needed for my stay. it felt safe and secure, traveling with my child. the spacious bathroom included a walk-in shower.
i found the room was not adequately ventilated. i could feel humidity within the room. condensation collected at the bottom of the glass windows. the temperature control was also difficult. the heating switched off automatically after some time.

helpful staff friendly staff hard pillows soft pillows
the apartment was spacious (more than i expected) and it had everything we needed. the staff were really helpful and friendly. i found the location great, with many shops and restaurants nearby.
i found the pillows to be hard. however, the reception sorted out a couple of soft pillows at my request the following morning with no issues. (i am grateful)
