solid stay near secc
helpful staff clean room excellent location
The staff was helpful. They provided quick service when needed. my room was quite clean, a detail i always appreciate (a clean room makes a big difference!). the location was excellent. It was very close to the venue i was attending. plus, the parking fee was lower compared to other options in the area.
I found only one minor inconvenience. the lighting at the room entrance was not working. This made the closet dark in the late afternoon.

the breakfast included a good variety of items and the staff kept the buffet well-stocked. i found the croissants fresh, and there were plenty of options for both hot and cold dishes, including some fruit.

The room was clean. The provided bed was firm. The staff was professional and helpful. It was a short WALK to nearby attractions. I found the bar to be reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean.

I found the location convenient for the ovo hydro. It was really close. the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. the free parking was such a bonus, and i felt safe and secure with my car there.
the shower light wasn't working, and i couldn't get the tv to turn on because the remote didn't work either, a minor inconvenience i didn't report at the time.

the staff were always ready to assist, providing support and guidance whenever needed. i felt very welcome each time i entered or left the hotel, thanks to their warm greetings.

convenient location adequate breakfast easy access loose holder parking fee expensive drinks
the location was REALLY convenient. i attended an event nearby. it was easy to get to the venue. breakfast was adequate and offered a good start to my day.
the bathroom had some minor issues. the toilet roll holder was loose, and there wasn't a hand towel available. i did have to pay extra for parking and that seemed steep. drinks at the bar were also quite expensive.

The staff were VERY friendly. They were helpful. Breakfast had a great selection, but the cooked breakfast did not include ALL items. I slept well. My son loved the historic Clyde Crane view from the room.
The room was clean ENOUGH. The shower only ran cold. This was not pleasant. The receptionist was not helpful upon arrival. The room felt outdated and could use some tlc. There was a lack of plugs in the room.

The hotel assigned rooms next to each other when requested a few days before arrival. This was a very nice touch. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. i was given fresh towels .
the duvet cover was a little thin.
