good location friendly staff clean room good value
the hotel offered a good location and the staff were friendly! the room was clean and well lit. i found it easy to book, and the value was good. there were several water stations where i could refill my water bottle.
the dinner menu could use a few more options.

heavenly spa fun mud clean pool
the spa day was heavenly. the mud treatment was so much fun with my daughter. the pool area felt so clean and relaxing, and i enjoyed lounging under the glass roof.

friendly receptionist perfect location comfy beds really good breakfast
The receptionist amber was friendly. She really were pretty good too help us. i will definitely be back, the location was perfect. the thermal suite provided such comfy beds, everything about the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the food, staff, music, and atmosphere were really good.
The restaurant service was a bit off. We were seated right by the bar. i felt pretty rushed and ignored.

pleasant stay
friendly staff good size
The staff were cute. the leisure facilities were great. The pool had a good size for swimming. food was excellent. I had my meals there on both evenings. i drove a short distance to attractions like the kelpies (it is awesome), the falkirk wheel, and callander house.
The place needs a freshen up. It is quite dated. the shower in the room did not get very hot at all. the restaurant is overpriced for the portion sizes (i do not believe "less is more").

clean facilities great breakfast good size room
The family room was a good size for my family of four (it really made a difference). the swimming pool and changing facilities were clean and we had a great time with our children. breakfast options were great. Plenty of offerings for both adults and children.
the restaurant menu felt a bit restricted (especially for a longer stay).

the breakfast had a good choice. the pool was quite big! the bed in my room was also spacious. we loved the room's modern style.
Soundproofing between rooms was subpar. I could hear neighbors.
