wide selection attentive staff good selection

i found the gym provided a wide selection of equipment , it included three treadmills. two stationary bikes were also available. the restaurant offered excellent service , i observed staff were attentive. a good selection of food was available at breakfast , it featured both hot and cold options.

the spa's relaxation room had drapes hanging off rails , they looked a bit shabby.

private dining professional service excellent food

Our private dining experience was amazing from beginning to end. Mia and Bailey offered very professional and cute service right away. The service level was first class and everything ran smoothly. I recommend the bread sharer and burger as the food was excellent.

The bedroom showed very slight signs of wear and tear.

disappointing spa experience

public leisure pool wet poolside area

i had a wonderful massage and facial with nancy. she was polite, friendly and put me at ease.

the hotel promotes this as a spa, but it felt more like a public leisure pool. there were children everywhere with no supervision, including children using the jacuzzi. this made it far from the calm, relaxing environment we were expecting. the poolside area was wet and dirty, and there were too few loungers for the number of guests, many of which were taken up by children. this was a real let-down!!!

Check-in was efficient and staff were helpful. The room provided a comfortable bed and spacious layout. Spa treatments were amazing. Emma and Kendel were professional and friendly. Ample parking spaces were always available .

The bar area was a bit cold.

The breakfast reception was very cute. Joanne ensured everyone started their day well. Alana, Tracy, and Luke consistently checked to see if they could assist, a gesture that was very welcome. Staff were helpful and always smiling.

The hotel provides easy access to the gym, pool, and spa. I found the pool well set up. After 5 pm, the pool area becomes quiet. The hotel offers excellent spa facilities.

I found both dinner and breakfast excellent. Breakfast was of great variety. The lunch service had just the right portions. There was a lovely team and Maria was particularly lovely.
