ideal location gracious staff useful kettle
The location proved ideal. A brief walk led to the ovo hydro. i found the staff gracious and always eager to assist. my room included a very useful kettle and tea bags , a touch , made evenings so relaxing.
i noticed the absence of a lift which meant navigating stairs to reach my room on the upper floor.

the reception staff were helpful and very friendly! the twin room had a lovely size and felt very clean which i appreciated. i slept super well too. the waiting area near reception was also comfortable!

the breakfast offered a great start to the day. it had many choices. the hotel is located near the kelvingrove museum. it was walking distance. the staff were friendly. they kept the room very clean.
the staircase is old and narrow, and there isn't an elevator.

breakfast choices helpful staff good value
i really liked that the breakfast had many choices and you can see them cooking it. the staff are friendly and very helpful, i think. its very good value for the price i payed. location also be good for events.
the stairs to the room was very steep. i did hear the corridor noises, thats all.
