mediocre stay, some disappointments

cramped room flat pillows
Our room felt cramped, a far cry from what I expected. the space to move around was limited, especially with luggage. I also found the pillows provided offered little support. They felt quite flat. the lack of COMFORT really detracted from the overall experience, and I woke up with a stiff neck each morning.

Wonderful Service and Great Location

Connor at Reception provided fantastic help. He offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I really appreciated Connor's kindness when I got laryngitis, as he brought me honey and lemon from the kitchen. The hotel's location was superb and the atmosphere was wonderful. Staff was friendly. They were amazing and were very good.
The shower had poor water pressure.

Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. They offered assistance with directions and information regarding local attractions. The team assisted with storing luggage before check-in, this made arrival smooth and very easy.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice with options available suiting most food intolerances. There is discount to the nearby Glasshouse car park available when using the discount ticket from the front desk upon checkout.

convenient location fresh linens
The location proved very convenient. i could easily walk to nearby attractions and shops. the room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the fresh linens and tidy space.
The breakfast service needed improvement, i arrived during peak hours to find several items depleted and not promptly refilled. This caused a slight delay.

missing refrigerator insecure system
The room was generally fine. the lack of a refrigerator was annoying. i also found the absence of a safe in the room quite inconvenient. i had to ask reception to hold my valuables, but they did not provide any receipt or key. this seemed like an unnecessarily insecure system. it made me uneasy leaving items with them.
