convenient location useful supermarket comfortable room helpful staff
The location is convenient, near both Byres Road and Great Western Road. Waitrose supermarket is right next door, proving very useful. The family room accommodated my family very comfortably. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful .
The soundproofing of the windows was subpar. Street traffic and events were constantly noticeable.

The location proved excellent for exploring nearby attractions. I found it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and i rested well each night. The hotel had easy access to parking.
I noticed that the bathroom extractor fan did not work. This caused a buildup of moisture after each shower.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops. I found the location excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean (i noticed it immediately!).
My room was a bit too warm, and the radiator didn't seem to adjust. It was hard to get the temperature right.
