i found the room very spacious it was a club king complimentary minibar the staff was also very friendly and helpful they stored my luggage while i explored the city the next morning the minibar had complimentary drinks and snacks
the entrance carpet looked grim i think someone should read the reviews about it the furniture seemed old to me i hope the mattress and pillows werent as old the executive room lacked comfort

convenient minibar ideal location smooth travel
I found the complimentary mini bar very convenient. the room had a good temperature, even without adjusting the thermostat. the location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions and transport links. It really streamlined my travel plans.
The lift service was a little slow. I think one lift was out of service.

The club king room had a huge bed. It provided ample space for relaxation. arran toiletries were supplied in the bathroom, a scottish touch i always appreciate. slippers and a dressing gown were available. These added an extra layer of comfort.

I had access to the executive lounge, a real plus. the lounge offers a selection of drinks, including vodka, whisky, and wine. It also had soft drinks and hot beverages. cheese, crackers, and pretzels were available as snacks.

the staff at reception and in the breakfast area were genuinely friendly. they always seemed ready to assist with any queries. i found them particularly helpful with directions around the city.

amazing room plus free minibar!

train station helpful staff amazing cleaning
the location is very nice, very close to the train station! i found the staff efficient plus so very helpful too! i especially loved the helpful front desk team, the amazing cleaning staff, and the breakfast crew were so fun in the morning.
the noise from the alleyway bothered me slightly! when i shut the window the room was quieter but then it was so hot, and the ac hardly cooled the room.

The central location proved fantastic, providing easy access to shopping. I found the staff cute and eager to provide area recommendations. I also enjoyed the complimentary minibar in my room it was a nice perk.
The room furniture seemed a bit outdated I hope they consider updates soon.

The location proved convenient for accessing nearby amenities.
The room showed signs of wear. The bathroom fixtures was outdated, and the shower pressure fluctuated. Maintenance was occurring. Drilling sounds began early, disrupting the morning.
