helpful staff clean room thin shower uncomfortable gap
the reception staff were helpful and efficient. the room was clean and warm. free wifi worked reliably, providing great connectivity.
the shower gel was thin. the double bed was two twins put together, with an uncomfortable gap between. there was some sort of red stain on the bath. there was zero sound proofing in the room, so i could hear music being played loudly.

clean room comfortable bed fresh breakfast
the room was clean and spacious. the bed was really comfortable. breakfast choices were great, fresh, and plentiful. the staff was always willing to serve with a smile, i thought.
i found the carpet a bit frayed. it needs some attention. the sink also had a crack, so maybe a replacement is due.

helpful staff professional staff breakfast option
the reception staff were very helpful and professional i would rate them ten out of ten. the staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble everything was done with a smile. breakfast had lots of options and a nice bar area was available too.
the room had no heating i requested a portable heater to resolve the issue. the shower was difficult to operate and the water temperature fluctuated. this was a problem that should be addressed for future bookings.

The breakfast provided a fresh, delicious start to the day. The soup served at dinner impressed me greatly!!! The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing my needs promptly. I found the room had all necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, iron with ironing board, and tea and coffee facilities.
I experienced an issue with the shower . The temperature control seemed faulty, resulting in inconsistent water temperatures. Adjusting it was difficult, needing maintenance.

the room was very clean. the hotel staff helped me leave my bag after checkout. it made a big difference for my day.
the hotel corridors showed some signs of wear and tear.
