the breakfast had many options for me. a bus stop was very close too that took me to princes street.
the room was to small and i did not work very well with two people and one chair. i have stayed here before and i had a similar feeling about the room size. the price don't reflect the room size.

charming stay!
easy access food choices friendly staff
the bus stop right outside made getting around super easy. i also thought that the variety of food choices available for meals was quite good. the staff were friendly, particularly ethan at check-in and sally at breakfast.
the noise from the pipes was a bit disruptive . it made getting a full night's sleep a little difficult.

transportation is convenient because the hotel sits next to a bus stop, with buses going directly to the city center, so it is really easy to access and to travel, wonderful for getting around.

The television in my room was a nice size, providing good entertainment. the room had really great lighting and the room was warm.

The breakfast service was lovely, and the staff, including charlotte and zubair, were very helpful. They really were really good too ensure that i had everything i needed.

lighting options seating area large windows
The room design is great. I found the lighting options VERY useful and appreciated the hallway area leading to the bathroom. The seating area with a table was a great feature. The large windows provided an excellent view.
The hotel had only two disabled parking spaces. Both were occupied . Staff confirmed that spaces cannot be reserved.

The hotel has a retail park directly across from it. Accessibility to the city centre is quite easy. The hotel is also not too far from the centre, offering a quiet area.

Breakfast included fresh bread and hot food options. There was also a corner with toys and stationery for children. The breakfast service was VERY good.

Staff members were very friendly. I arrived early from the airport at 10 AM. They accommodated an early check-in for me at that time.

lighting options breakfast hours
the room design really impressed me different lighting options proved useful it even included a hallway area before the main space was revealed the table and seating were great room features. the windows were super large the view was excellent too it felt very spacious and clean. breakfast was a total win the quality was great with a great selection the early breakfast hours helped a lot.
the lift occasionally had a slight odd smell on certain floors that's all

friendly staff good shower boiling room heating issue
The staff are very friendly! I enjoyed a wonderful shower with good pressure. It really was perhaps the best shower I've had in a hotel. There is 24 food availability too.
My room was boiling. I found there was no way to turn heating off. I had to take key card out of slot to turn electric off. This was needed to get some sleep.

the breakfast was fine, nothing special but acceptable.
The shower temperature was erratic. It kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold, really annoying (i had to keep jumping out of the way!). this made showering a real chore.

bus routes close proximity well-equipped rooms good breakfast options failed seals mould locked thermostat centrally controlled
the bus routes into the city were in close proximity. the rooms were simple and well-equipped. i thought the breakfast options provided a good choice (especially the fresh fruit).
the windows desperately needed changing in room 007. they all had failed seals. mould was growing in some places on the inside. the thermostat was locked at 18°c, so it was chilly. i didn't know this was centrally controlled at the front desk until checkout.
