Convenient and clean stay near transport

simple access shopping centre umbrella rental
The hotel's proximity to tram and bus stops made accessing the city centre SIMPLE. A nearby shopping centre offered convenient options for snacks and meals. I found this VERY helpful. I also appreciated the option to rent an umbrella at reception.

small room poor soundproofing
The room was quite small. i also found that soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. it's a shame, i was hoping for a more peaceful experience.

convenient location tram access cute staff comfortable room
the location is quite convenient. the tram stop is a short walk away, with access into the city center. the staff were lovely and very cute. the room was perfect, fitting a cot comfortably beside the bed.
i noticed mould around the window in my room. the toilet had a slight urinal smell.

attractive design helpful staff soap
the lobby had an attractive design. the room included soap and shampoo. it was near the tram line (very helpful!). the staff was cute when i arrived.
i had to go to the front desk each time i needed a hairdryer.

adequate, but some issues

cramped room tight toilet
the room felt quite cramped. there was very little space to move around, especially with luggage. the shower had a step up, which could be difficult for some people. the separate toilet was also small and tight, it felt quite claustrophobic in there.
