professional staff clean room vegan options hotel car park
The front desk staff was professional and quick. I found the room clean. Breakfast included very good options served buffet style. Vegan options were available. Seating in the dining area was plentiful. The hotel car park had space.
The showerhead did not stay up.

a really good stay

good range bright area lovely staff room spaciousness
The breakfast offered a really good range of choices, including a waffle station, i found this amazing. the reception area was bright and had lots of seating. the staff were super lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. i especially appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room.

the hotel had a lebanese restaurant on-site named sofia's, we tried it one night and enjoyed our dinner there. there were plenty of staff available during breakfast to keep the tables clear and clean. i also appreciated that the hotel offers a safe, locked area for luggage storage.

My room included a hairdryer. it also featured an ensuite bathroom equipped with body wash, shampoo, and towels. I found these useful. the wet room shower was easily accessible and worked perfectly, and the bed was really comfortable for good night sleep.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They always provided great service. check-in was quick and straightforward. I liked the relaxed atmosphere that was there. angelo, a staff member on breakfast duty, was really friendly. He was really good with my son.

fantastic stay!

early access comfortable bed lovely surprise extra pillows
I arrived earlier than expected. the staff were very accommodating and allowed me early access to my room. complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise. I felt thankful. i appreciated that, the bed was comfortable and i found extra pillows in the closet.
the bathroom lacked towel hooks, so the towels sometimes fell to the floor, slightly inconvenient.
