the staff at reception were helpful at check-in. the room was large enough.

The bathroom floor was REALLY dirty. it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. the room was cold. The heater barely worked, i was freezing the entire night. i am upset about this.

I appreciated the convenient shuttle service that runs every few minutes to and from the airport. The staff was helpful during a complicated situation. They displayed professionalism and speed. I found their communication and service really good. The free breakfast had various tasty options. I am grateful.

the staff was helpful and cute upon my arrival at the hotel.

I found the room's cleanliness to be subpar. The linens did not seem properly refreshed, and the towels felt as if they had been used before (it made me question their cleaning protocols). the breakfast also was quite basic with little variety. It primarily consisted of eggs and beans. the facilities overall felt limited.

i felt the staff was super cute. the room had everything i needed and were perfect. it also includes personal hygiene products, i appreciate that.
