good location helpful staff stained carpet cold shower
The staff was helpful. The hotel provided a REALLY good location near attractions. It also has its own restaurant and bar. I found this convenient .
My shower had cold water. The hot tap water was lukewarm, so I couldn't enjoy a normal shower and only managed an uncomfortable wash. The carpet was stained in all areas, which detracted from the room's cleanliness. This was quite disappointing.

Adequate Stay with Great Location
friendly staff spacious room
The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. I found the location good, especially because it was within walking distance of all amenities. Staff were friendly, and the room I got was spacious. The bathroom was comfortable, especially the shower.
The lift was not working . I had to carry my luggage to the second floor. This was an inconvenience, especially after a long journey.

a dated stay with some issues
outdated decor broken elevator
the hotel is noticeably aged. the room décor felt quite outdated, and some areas looked worn. during my stay, the fire alarm went off three times at night. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the elevator was broken and i had to carry my luggage to the second floor which was quite inconvenient.

a cherished retreat
special location perfect room helpful staff
the location was special, i felt so close to everything. my room was a standard double room and it met all my needs perfectly. the breakfast was really good and set me up for the day. staff was helpful. they stored our luggage after checkout. it allowed us more time to explore before departure.
the building showed some wear and tear. i noticed some cracks and peeling paint in the hallway. the common areas need some attention.
