central location friendly staff beautiful design
i stayed for four nights the location is central next to the train station i found it easy to explore the city the staff were friendly and helpful the reception area impressed me with its beautiful design the room was nice and neat it served my needs well.
the room was very basic and could use updating the mattress was too soft it caused discomfort and disrupted sleep this affected the overall stay and required buying heat pads to ease the back pain each morning this issue needs addressing.

traditional decor fantastic location friendly staff
i loved the traditional decor , it created a very nice atmosphere. the location is fantastic , being so close to the station. the staff was friendly and helpful , especially at the restaurant.
the room decor felt a bit worn , showing its age.

the location was acceptable. it was right next to the train station.
the breakfast choice was poor! the hotel emailed me saying i was only entitled to a continental breakfast. a hot breakfast cost an extra £7 per person per day. i could not find this information anywhere on their site when i booked.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful i also appreciated the plentiful tea and coffee in my room. the location was very central to everything i wanted to see and do it made exploring easy. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wonderful variety on offer and it was presented beautifully
