big bed helpful staff
The room had a big bed and it was comfortable. food from the restaurant was delicious. I enjoyed a meal there. the staff were helpful to me.
i noticed the exit road had some potholes needing repair.

filthy room abysmal service
I was disappointed. the room was filthy, and there was dust everywhere. the service was also quite poor. It took half an hour to be served at the bar and the server didn't seem to care much about customer service!!!

underwhelming stay

undercooked fries dessert disappointment
i found issues with the food quality the bar food seemed reheated and not fresh the fries were undercooked and lacked taste the dessert was disappointing with minimal chocolate on the strawberries i was also charged different prices for the same drink the overall value didn't match the cost. the building seemed a bit dusty.

fantastic short stay!

fast process helpful staff easy access nice touch
the check in process was very fast. the super nice team. i noticed easy access to the gardens. the grounds mean safe walking, a plus. the staff left a treat in the room and that was a nice touch. the pool is nice.
I found that the bar prices are a bit inflated. This includes the soft drinks, slightly annoying.

charming scottish getaway

beautiful gardens attentive bar service complimentary refreshments warm atmosphere
The hotel grounds were very beautiful. I especially enjoyed the gardens! the bar service was attentive, and the food arrived promptly. the room had Gordon Castle soap, shampoo, and complimentary refreshments, like crisps and shortbread, it was a nice touch. the log fire in the entrance created a warm, cute atmosphere, i felt very charmed
the coffee machine was quite difficult to operate during breakfast!

attentive staff scottish classics
the staff were attentive. the evening menu featured proper scottish classics, it was a GREAT experience! my travel plans required an early departure. the staff made me a packed lunch.
